Grapes: 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah
Description:
COLOR: Intense light pink with salmon pink reflection
NOSE: The expressive nose offers aromas of red fruits, mint and minerals.
TASTE: On the palate, this light and fresh rosé mainly shows notes of citrus, white peach, candied fruits and some sweet cherry. At the end of the mouth the whole becomes a little more bitter with expressions of grapefruit.
VINEYARD: The grapes come from different plots which all benefit from a southern orientation. The soil consists of micaschiste, a metamorphic rock rich in minerals and phyllosilicate. All the processes in the vineyard are organic. The sticks have an average age of 50 years.
