Can't be doing with the fancier cassoulet concoctions but, there again, we're not normal cassoulet consumers, because it is really a dinner dish. We discovered these tins on holiday in France many years ago and adopted them for breakfasts with toast. Posh beans and sausage on toast really but a real favourite so I can only suggest you give it a shot!
