Really pleased! It's impossible to buy authentic french merguez in my area and these are the real thing. I'm so pleased to have found these. I'll definitely be ordering more.

the real merguez.. . SA must try for people who never have tasted them.. Right amount of spices, and for me.... moorish..

as in France.. they come from France actually.. Right amount of spice.. The real merguez.. Someone who never tried them should give it a go.. I bet you would like it..

Great tasting, authentic, Merguez sausages are difficult to obtain in areas outside of the M25 circular but thanks to EuropaFood my long held desire to taste them once again, without a trip to France, has been fulfilled. For those that have never tasted this delicious French sausage I would liken them to chorizo but IMHO these have a more complex flavour and are better eating. Be aware that these beef and mutton beauties shouldn't be overcooked, if you do they won't be a succulent and juicey as they are ment to be, there's no pork in them so don't cook them as long as you cook your regular British banger. Merguez are great on the barbecue, baked grilled of fried and will be appreciated by those who like a little spiciness in their food. Ideal with couscous or a simple salad as a change from the norm, I like them so much I purchased three packs, these were quickly delivered and arrived packed in a insulated wrapper with frozen gel chiller packs to keep them really cool whilst being delivered. I can't recommend these highly enough and now I've found EuropaFood I'll be ordering a whole lot more of these superb sausages from them. Many thanks Europa Food!
