Thin sausages based on a thin stuffing of lean pork fat and lean beef, under a red collagegenic casing. Cooked product.
Ingredients:
Pork meat* 66%, water, beef* 6%, pork fat*, salt, dried pork protein, spices and aromatic plants, stabilizers: diphosphates and triphosphates, dextrose, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, natural flavours, preservative: sodium nitrite. Coloured casing (collagen, water, cellulose, dyes: carmine, bixin of rock). Smoked in beech wood. Possible presence of GLUTEN, EGG, MILK, NUTS and MUSTARD.
This product can be shipped anywhere in the UK. We use special packaging to ensure all products are kept chilled and within the required temperature whilst in transit.
