Sausages based on a thin stuffing of lean and fat pork and lean beef embossed in natural sheep casing, cooked and slightly smoked.
Ingredients:
Pork meat* 69%, water, beef* 6%, pork fat*, salt, dehydrated plasma, spices and aromatic plants, stabilizers: diphosphates and triphosphates, dextrose, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, natural flavours, preservative: sodium nitrite. Natural casing of sheep. Smoked in beech wood. Possible traces of GLUTEN, EGGS, MILK, NUTS and MUSTARD.
