The Goat Dung Rians is moulded and matured in the Berry, in our family dairy nestled in the small village of Rians.
It carries with it all the tradition of local cheeses to which the cheese makers of Rians are so attached.
As an aperitif, as a snack, on a tray or cooked, the Goat Dung does not miss an opportunity to satisfy the palate of gourmets!

Very nice to eat with toast or in a salad. They dont spread on the bread very easily, but still worth it!
