The free-range farmed chicken of Rented is grown on wooded meadows. It is fed on local cereals. This unique way of breeding gives it a firm and tasty flesh.
Instructions for use:
Heat the oven to 200°C. Put the seasoned farmed chicken in a dish with 1 1/2 glass of water and the desired aromatic filling. Bake for 1h30, watering from time to time.

This is the best chicken you could really have on your plate. The test is absolutely gorgeous, very quick cook, low in fat.

The Loue White Free Range Chicken is lean and the breast is close to the body which gives it its tenderness moisture and flavour
On roasting there is a little fat in the juice and by all accounts this means that it has natural growth

Loue White Free Range Chicken is excellent - on roasting very little fat.The chicken is very lean which means it has been fed normally and the breast is thus close to body of chicken and is flavoursome and succulent
