The free-range farmed chicken of Rented is grown on wooded meadows. It is fed on local cereals. This unique way of breeding gives it a firm and tasty flesh.
Instructions for use:
Heat the oven to 200°C. Put the seasoned farmed chicken in a dish with 1 1/2 glass of water and the desired aromatic filling. Bake for 1h30, watering from time to time.

Free range Poulet fernier Loue is an excellent product - if the breast is flavoursome tender and moist you know you have it the jackpot
It is very lean and produces mininal fat on roasting
Nothing in UK can match Poulet fernmer
