Description:
A very enjoyable side dish (or dish in it’s own right) of cooked lentils in goose fat. Very tasty indeed.
To enjoy, simply, pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan and warm gently whilst stirring.
Goes particularly well with Toulouse sausages (or indeed any sausages) and also as an accompaniment to any form or roast.
Recommendations to cook: Pour the contents into a saucepan, cover and heat over very low heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Otherwise, heat 5 minutes in the microwave oven maximum power in a suitable dish.
