One of the typical recipes of North Africa, this Moroccan variation draws all its flavors from the slow cooking of its different ingredients: chicken, merguez, zucchini, carrots, turnips, red peppers without forgetting chickpeas in a broth flavored with local spices (coriander, cumin, paprika, harissa, etc.). We have selected a slightly oiled durum wheat couscous so that it does not just stick and bake to perfection.
Ingredients:
BLE semolina cooked 24%, chicken thigh cured (chicken 19%, water, glucose syrup, cassava starch, salt), merguez 11% (beef and beef fat, spices, aromatic plants, salt, dextrose, natural flavors), water, carrots 8.8%, zucchini 8%, turnips 4%, red peppers 3%, rapeseed oil, chickpeas 2%, raisins 2%, tomato concentrate, onions, tapioca flour, salt, harissa 0.2% (spices, garlic, salt), garlic, spices, concentrated juices (CELERI and red peppers), thyme. _Possible traces of NUTS, SESAME, MILK
