They are also recommended for recipes with tomato sauce and cheese, as well as with creamy sauces, which spread well over the entire surface of the pasta.
De Cecco only use fresh eggs from free-range hens in the making of its products.

De Cecco egg pappardelle is superb. We make a quick, not cooked sauce with tuna in olive oil, garlic, an egg, parsley, cream, black pepper and sea salt. Delicious.
