CANADOU cane syrup offers its amazing sweetness, healthy and natural, ensuring perfect dilution. Practical to use, it is perfect for all cocktails, from the most classic to the most amazing. Immediately after harvest, the sugar canes are crushed to extract the juice, called "vesou". The cane juice is then clarified and heated to obtain a syrup, which will itself be heated to extract the sugar crystals.
