Sauce Béarnaise: Rapeseed oil, water, alcohol vinegar, egg yolks, salt, tarragon (1.5%), shallots (1.5%), chervil, concentrated lemon juice, cayenne pepper, sugar, natural flavour, modified starch, dye: beta-carotene.
Tartar Sauce: Rapeseed oil, water, herbs (onions, shallots, parsley), gherkins (4%), capers (3%), alcohol and white wine vinegar, sugar, egg yolks, Dijon mustard (water, MUSTARD seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt), pepper, salt, modified starch, aroma.
Madagascar Pepper Sauce: Rapeseed oil, water, alcohol vinegar, sugar, EGG yolks, salt, Madagascar black pepper (2%), armagnac, Dijon mustard (water, MUSTARD seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt), modified starch, dyes: E150c, beta-carotene; thickener: xanthan gum, aroma.
Burgundy Sauce: Rapeseed oil, tomato concentrate, alcohol vinegar, water, salt, egg yolks, modified starch, Burgundy red wine (2%), aroma, sugar, preservative: potassium sorbate.
