The freshness of vegetables We produce our gazpachos in Murcia, close to the fields where our vegetables are carefully harvested by hand¹ by about thirty farmers' cooperatives. ¹ 98% of our vegetables are harvested by hand. Respect for nature We take care of our environment by reducing our CO2 emissions, thanks to our eco-designed packaging.
