If you are unable to be present on the indicated delivery day, let us know of a date that would suit you and will we do our best to deliver on your selected date.

Once you have placed your order with us, a member of our team will contact you a day before you delivery is due and will give you a 2 hour time slot. If you are unable to be present for the time slot given, please contact our service team and they will re-arrange a delivery date and time with you.

Please notify us the day before delivery should the allocated time slot no longer suit you. We can re-arrange it as quickly as possible for you. However, if you are unable to let us know that you will not be present, we will keep your goods for you and we will contact you to find a new delivery date and time. We will not be held responsible for the “best before” date if the delivery is re-scheduled.

All deliveries in London Postal Codes using Europafood XB delivery service are FREE for orders over £35.00*.

If your order is less than £35.00, a £6.50 delivery fee will be added to your final invoice.

If your postal code is not in the London postal code area but close to it, we may sometimes include you. Please contact our team and we will see if we are able to include you for free delivery.

For all other Postal Codes outside London but within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland / Highlands and British Islands), deliveries are eligible for our courrier service at an additional cost.
